Prospective PhD students:
Dr. Erin Standen is actively recruiting graduate students to start in the fall of 2026.
The most competitive applicants will:
Have 1+ years of research experience by working as a research assistant or staff researcher in a psychology lab
Have research interests that are closely aligned with the goals of the SWEL Lab

Graduate students working with Dr. Standen will earn a PhD in Psychology through Rice’s Health Psychology/Behavioral Medicine Research Interest Group.
